Certificate Exam Cost Refund
The Second Foreign Languages Program (FRL) offers a certificate exam cost refund for students who take internationally recognized language proficiency tests. Students who meet the requirements below may apply for reimbursement of the exam fee.
Eligibility
The refund is available only to currently enrolled students of İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University who have completed language courses offered by the Second Foreign Languages Program.
Requirements
To be eligible for the certificate exam cost refund, students must satisfy the following conditions:
1. Course Requirement
Students must complete a minimum number of courses in the same language at Bilkent University.
- A2 level exams:
At least three courses in the same language must be completed. - B1 and B2 level exams:
At least two courses in the same language must be completed.

2. Course Grades
Students must receive a final grade of A, A-, B+, or B in the relevant courses.
3. Exam Result
Students must successfully pass the certificate exam in order to receive the refund.
